Thank you for shopping with Voluntold! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Where We Ship We primarily ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Production Time All Voluntold products are made to order by our print partner. Please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be produced and prepared for dispatch. Production times may vary slightly depending on the product.
Delivery Time Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated UK delivery times are:
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
- Express delivery: 1–3 business days (where available)
Total Estimated Time From the moment you place your order, please allow up to 12 business days to receive your item. We'll always aim to get it to you sooner!
International orders:
- Please allow up to 20 business days fullfilment & delivery if located outside of UK
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and chosen delivery method.
Order Tracking You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
